3A. Jurisdictional Restrictions
The website and software products are not directed at, and may not be used by, residents or citizens of the United States, Canada, Japan, or any other jurisdiction where the use of algorithmic trading software, copy trading services, or cryptocurrency trading technology is restricted or prohibited by applicable law.
Services to residents of the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom are available exclusively to clients qualifying as Professional Clients under MiFID II / FCA criteria.
By accessing or using our services, you represent and warrant that you are not a resident of a restricted jurisdiction.
4. No Guarantees & "As-Is" Provision
All software is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. The Company makes no guarantees regarding:
-Profitability, accuracy of output, or specific performance results.
-Uninterrupted or error-free operation of the software.
5. Intellectual Property & Licensing
All website content, software, and trademarks remain the exclusive property of the Company.
-Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive license or rental-based access.
-Prohibited: Users may not copy, modify, resell, reverse engineer, or decompile the software.
6. Third-Party Platforms, Brokers & Referral Partnerships
The software integrates with third-party platforms (e.g., cTrader) and is compatible with any cTrader-supported brokerage. The Company does not control these platforms and is not responsible for their execution quality, pricing, or availability.
The Company maintains commercial referral partnerships with certain brokers and cryptocurrency exchanges featured on its website. When a User opens an account through a referral link provided on the website, the Company may receive compensation from the third-party provider. Such compensation does not affect the pricing, spreads, fees, or service terms offered to the User by these providers.
The presentation of any broker or exchange on the website does not constitute an endorsement, recommendation, or investment advice.
